I haven't received my song or film. What should I do?
First, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. You can also search your inbox for "Moments Come Alive".
Make sure you're checking the email address you used when placing your order.
If your expected delivery time has passed and you still can't find your personalized gift, please get in touch with us . Include your order number so we can look into it.
When will I receive my personalized gift?
Personalized songs and animated films are normally delivered by email within 24–48 hours after your order is placed.
If you've selected our 12-hour Express option, your order will be prioritized for delivery within that timeframe.
Everything is delivered digitally — no shipping or waiting for a package.
I'd like to make a change to my song or film. What can I do?
We know how important the little details are when it comes to something personal.
If there's something you'd like us to take another look at, simply reach out with your order number and let us know what you'd like to adjust.
